About Us
UBB is in an effort to get an important place in industry by carrying out significant and critical projects due to strong foundation and experience of company's qualified staff. It pursues necessary works to add every corner of Turkey and the world to its service area in cooperation with national and international companies. UBB works as turnkey basis for supplying, assembling, manufacturing, commissioning, operating, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, automation, instrumentation and technological infrastructures in tourism, construction, energy, light, and heavy industries.

Nowadays conditions of competition are getting tougher each day, and the market is getting crueler. Resources are running out rapidly too. It's being invested with too much money for facility and machine/equipment while starting a business. . Even after that investment, high amount of funds is being transferred for raw materials, labor and supplies, and those funds will be needed constantly to keep production going. However marketing price is determined by competition, not by the company. There may be an improvement in funds with an effective workforce and material resource planning. But, Is it enough? Of course not. . There is still a missing point which if It's managed successfully, It could bring important savings to the business. That's factory machinery and facility which have been builded spending high amount of money. . Extending lifetime of even one of the machines due to effective management of machinery and delaying investment for that machine even for another year, is a very important benefit for the organisation. Benefits of effective maintenance management are, team activity, maintenance efficiency, and resource saving in short term, machine efficiency in medium term, and equipment reliability in long term.
